Here is a brief overview of the upcoming programme of work that Healthwatch Hertfordshire's Board has approved for the coming year.

This Business Plan provides a high-level overview of the projects we plan to deliver and our key objectives and priorities. 

We continue to work closely with our partners in the NHS, the Council, local communities and the voluntary sector, ensuring that people's voices are valued and heard.

Healthwatch Hertfordshire is a small team that punches well above its weight and our strategic impact is a testament to the value we provide as an organisation.
