How informed are you about Type 2 Diabetes?

Diagnoses of Type 2 Diabetes are growing at an alarming rate, so supporting people to reduce or manage their risk is essential. Whether you have been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes or not, we want to hear from you.

Around 4 million people in the UK have Type 2 Diabetes, and more than 2.4 million are at high risk of developing the disease. Preventing people from developing Type 2 Diabetes is essential, as is supporting those with a diagnosis to manage their condition to help improve their health outcomes.

Working with the NHS, we want to explore public awareness and understanding of Type 2 Diabetes and ensure that those with a diagnosis feel confident and comfortable in managing their condition.

This survey is open to all Hertfordshire residents - whether you have a diagnosis of Type 2 Diabetes or not - we want to hear your views.
