Do you know about your heart health?

Heart disease is one of the main causes of death and disability in the UK, so supporting people to manage and reduce their risk is essential. We want to find out how to help you improve your heart health.
blood pressure monitoring

Heart disease is often preventable, although some groups are at higher risk of developing it. Early detection and treatment significantly improves outcomes and can help patients live longer, healthier lives.

In our latest survey, we want to find out what people know and understand about heart disease and related high-risk conditions, such as high blood pressure and cholesterol.

Anyone can complete the survey, whether or not you have a heart-related diagnosis.

Share your thoughts:

We want to hear from all Hertfordshire residents, with or without a heart-related diagnosis.

The survey will close on 1st May 2023.
