What do you think about your local pharmacy?

Pharmacies are often the easiest and quickest way to access non-urgent health care and advice in England. But what do you think about the pharmacy services in your area? To help local pharmacies better support you, we want to hear your views.

Pharmacies aim to provide health advice and information on almost every high street. They offer many services beyond dispensing medication, such as healthy lifestyle advice, medicine reviews and diabetes screening.

To make sure that you are getting the best support, we would like to hear your thoughts and attitudes towards using your local pharmacy.

Share your views:

We are keen to hear the views of all residents, whether you visit your pharmacy a lot, or not at all.

Please complete this survey to help us improve local pharmacy services. The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete and your responses will be anonymous.

The survey will close on 4th January 2023.

If you need the survey in a different format, or would like to share your views in another way, please contact us by:
