Help shape local services for low mood and depression

Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (HPFT) wants to hear about your experiences of low mood, sadness or depression so it can provide better support for people now, and in the future.

HPFT and partner organisations across public and voluntary organisations are working together with people with lived experience, carers and providers to find out about individuals experiences of low mood, sadness or depression.

Sharing your experiences will help the Trust to offer help and care that is person centred and meaningful to you.

How to get involved

If you have used services in Hertfordshire for depression, low mood or sadness, please complete this survey.

If you are a provider of services for people who experience depression, low mood or sadness, please complete this survey.

The surveys will close on 30th April 2022.

The Trust is also holding a number of online sessions. These sessions are open to the public and service providers. Please click on the link to sign up.

All information will remain anonymous and confidential. The feedback from the surveys and online sessions will be made available to you, and the Trust will keep participants up to date with the outcomes and how they will address concerns raised.
