Herts County Council: Direct Payments Survey

Hertfordshire County Council is currently gathering the views of Direct Payment holders, and the views of individuals who handle Direct Payments on someone’s behalf – to complete the survey you need to be aged 18 or over. They want to know what is working well, what isn’t working so well, and what could be improved.

The survey closes on Wednesday 30th September and the results will be published in a report that will feed into how the Council reviews and shapes the way Direct Payments are delivered, including their practices and processes.
