Carers’ Involvement: Mental Health Inpatient Discharge – Advisory Group

Healthwatch Hertfordshire is working with Hertfordshire University Partnership Trust (HPFT) to research how carers are involved and supported when the person they care for has been discharged from inpatient mental health services.

We are looking for carers and service users who have used HPFT mental health inpatient services within the last 2 years to participate in our Advisory Group on 27th September 2019. The Advisory Group will be held at our office in Welwyn Garden City.

Participants of the Advisory Group will help us shape our research by acting as experts by experience. Part of the role will involve co-producing an information pack for carers upon discharge.
