CLCH is looking for Patient Representatives to help improve services, develop new ideas, better understand diverse health needs and focus on what matters most to patients.

CLCH provides community health services across London and Hertfordshire, in people's homes and at local clinics. Services range from health visiting for newborn babies through to community nursing, stroke rehabilitation and palliative care for people towards the end of their lives.

The role is flexible and the Trust offers involvement payments to thank people for their time and expertise.
