HertsHelp listens and assesses your situation holistically, referring you to the most appropriate organisation(s) and/or welfare benefit: e.g. winter fuel benefit, emergency food parcels, Age UK Herts, Herts Action on Disability and more.
NHS & Social Care Complaints Advocacy
Writing a complaint can be difficult and for some, it may seem impossible to know where to start. If you need help writing your complaint, or have made your complaint but feel unable to effectively speak for yourself in a local resolution meeting, you can get in touch with POhWER. Having the help of an advocate who is experienced in these matters can be a big help.
